Download Flumotion

In general, you should first try to find packages that were specifically made for your distribution.

Do not compile from source yourself unless you are certain you have to or want to. Do not compile from git master unless you really need some specific feature that is not released yet, or want to help out developing Flumotion.

Ubuntu
Ubuntu packages for Flumotion can be downloaded via flumotion-dev ppa. Packages for the following distributions are available:
  • Karmic Koala (9.10)
  • Lucid Lynx (10.04 LTS)
  • Maverick Meerkat (10.10)
  • Natty Narwhal (11.04)
Go to Flumotion's ppa and follow the instructions on how to add the correspondent repository.
Source
Check our jhbuild instructions page, or go straight to our source download directory. If for some reason you need the very latest code, you can check out the code from our git repository:
git clone git://code.flumotion.com/flumotion.git

Download Cortado

Cortado is no longer maintained by Flumotion. You can find the latest versions of Cortado in Xiph's web site.

Old versions of the Cortado applet are still available in our Cortado jar download area. The cortado-ovt applets contain Ogg, Theora and Vorbis. The cortado-mmjs applet contains MultiPart with JPEG, Mulaw and Smoke.
