Download Flumotion

In general, you should first try to find packages that were specifically made for your distribution.

Do not compile from source yourself unless you are certain you have to or want to. Do not compile from svn unless you really need some specific feature that is not released yet, or want to help out developing Flumotion.

Fedora
Flumotion is included in the GStreamer apt repository for Fedora.
Ubuntu
Ubuntu packages for Flumotion can be downloaded via apt-get. The following distributions are supported:
  • Gutsy (7.10)
  • Hardy (8.04) LTS
For hardy, add the following line to /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://www.flumotion.net/pkg/ubuntu hardy main
The same thing for Gutsy (7.10), but replace hardy, with gutsy. To install flumotion, type the following:
apt-get update && apt-get install flumotion
Source
Check our jhbuild instructions page, or go straight to our source download directory. If for some reason you need the very latest code, you can check out the code from our subversion repository:
svn co https://code.fluendo.com/flumotion/svn/flumotion/trunk/ flumtion

Download Cortado
